ABOUT ME
After 4 years of studying and gaining qualifications in various aspects of nutrition, (including sports and holistic nutrition) I decided to apply my expertise to my own lifestyle and get serious about my health and fitness goals.
I’ve always been a passionate gym goer and knew exactly how I wanted my physique to look. Now I had the knowledge about how important the right diet is to take my health and fitness goals to the next level.
My workouts, combined with my knowledge, started to bind and I began to see physical changes. My results didn’t happen overnight, I played around with variations of workout techniques, superset and isolations exercises before I found what worked best and gave me maximum results.
3 years on, I am in the best shape of my life! I have found a life balance that doesn’t leave me feeling deprived and gets serious results.
I LOVE being in a place where I can help other women all around the world gain body confidence and give them the tools to achieve their personal body goals.
