Hello, I’m Stacey.
I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Clinical Gut Health Practitioner, and Master Trainer.
I specialize in optimizing gut health, balancing women's hormones, and candida cleansing. Additionally, I help women enhance their quality of life through fitness and strength-building goals.
I work with women who are struggling with digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and fungal overgrowth (candida), as well as those who want to be held accountable while working on their fitness.
The challenges above often manifest as bloating, mood swings, chronic fatigue, brain fog, and food sensitivities.
I began my studies over seven years ago, initially qualifying as a
Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.). Since then, I have expanded my expertise in women’s health, learning from some of the world’s leading functional doctors.
Having personally experienced the frustration of dealing with systemic inflammation, chronic bloating, and food allergies, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you know something isn’t right but don’t know where to begin. It can leave you feeling lost and lacking confidence. I’ve been through the struggle.
